Grace Kids Choir is for children who love to worship God through singing.
Accepting ages 7 to 15.
Meeting at the choir room on Fridays, 8:30-8:45PM.
AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I hereby grant permission to Grace Full Gospel Christians Church, Inc., its agents, and its assigns (“Grace KIDS”) the right to take photographs or photographic images, including without limitation, videos or video stills of the Student in connection with the Grace KIDS’ program (“Images”) of the Student. I further authorize Grace KIDS to copyright, use, and publish Images in any medium and for any lawful purpose, and agree that such Images shall be property of Grace KIDS, provided however, that the Student’s name will not be used or published with Images.
I accept all responsibility and all liability for any injury, loss or damage that occurs to me and/or to Student as a result of minor’s participation in Grace KIDS’ programs. I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grace KIDS and its agents from all claims, judgments, and costs incurred with any action that may be brought as a result of the Grace KIDS’ use of Image or Student’s participation in Grace KIDS’ programs.
